Jude Abiodun is the CEO and Founder of Career Launch Team, a registered independent career consultancy helping professionals across the UK, US, Canada, UAE, and Australia land roles that are a genuine step up from where they are now.
Before founding Career Launch Team, Jude spent years working within the recruitment and career strategy space, developing a deep understanding of what hiring managers at every level are actually looking for, and more importantly, why strong candidates keep getting overlooked.
That frustration became the foundation of Career Launch Team. Most professionals are more qualified than their CV suggests. The document undersells them, the LinkedIn profile does not tell the right story, and the job search is unfocused. Jude built a consultancy to fix exactly that.
Today he works directly with mid-level, senior, and executive candidates, rebuilding their CVs, repositioning their LinkedIn profiles, identifying live roles that match their background, and preparing them for interviews.
